CircularPSP Project Prototype Testing V1 is Complete

The CircularPSP project has successfully wrapped up the first round of prototype testing (Prototype Testing V1)—a significant step forward on our path to empowering public sector buyers with cutting-edge digital solutions for circular economy transformation. From March 19–21, 2025, project partners got together in Berlin, Germany for an intensive on-site meeting with our suppliers. Representing TAGES, Vice Chairperson Erdem Gülgener and Projects Expert Eda Telli Yamamoto actively contributed to the discussions and evaluations.

A Collaborative Review of Prototypes

The Berlin meeting served as a critical checkpoint for the CircularPSP journey. Participants reviewed and gave further feedback to the first prototypes developed by suppliers, focusing on their functionalities, usability, and alignment with public buyers’ needs. The session was highly collaborative—bringing together procurement experts, technical evaluators, and city representatives to share feedback, exchange ideas, and align expectations for the upcoming Prototype Testing V2 phase.

Spotlight on Supplier Progress

We were excited to see tangible progress from our suppliers—VCG.AI and CircularAI—who showcased their digital solutions developed during Phase II. These tools are designed to streamline circular strategies, support mission creation, and guide employees in implementing circular projects.

We’re now gearing up for the next stage: Prototype Testing V2, where further refinements will be made based on user feedback to ensure that the final solutions meet the high standards and real-world demands of public buyers.

As we move forward toward Phase III, our focus remains on delivering innovative, high-impact tools that support circularity in cities and public sector organizations. We look forward to deepening collaboration with all stakeholders and continuing this shared mission of advancing sustainable digital procurement.
