TAGES is a partner of the project called Open Innovation in Adult Learning Course (OPEN) Project which is supported by the European Union under Grundtvig Programme. The project which aims to develop an educational guide of a complete course for lifelong learning based on good business practices started on October 2012.
OPEN Project is funded by the European Commission under Lifelong Learning Program and has 4 participants from Spain, United Kingdom, Italy and Turkey. The project which started on October 2012 and will last 24 months is a Partnership project and addresses the development of a learning course in four thematic areas as following:
1st: 2.0 Collaborative work and tools.
2nd: Open innovation and knowledge transfer in the adult learning
3rd: Digital Marketing and Web 2.0 promotion
4th: E-business and digital entrepreneurship for adult people
Within this framework, the partnership will
- establish a set of harmonized methodologies for the design of training plans
- design of the foundation, course objectives and contents, all organised in training modules jointly and learning units of training for the Open Innovation in the adult learning
- design an agreed methodology, timing, resources and course evaluation system.
- develop a Guide of Good Practices in teaching digital and open innovation in the adult learning jointly
In the project, TAGES will share its experiences and know-how on the methodologies and good business practices in Open Innovation and will contribute to the development of the learning modules. By means of the project, TAGES will be able to offer an innovative course in adult education aiming to develop an innovative content based on intensive ICT for adults in SMEs and institutions so that the adults will be able to find the chance to update and upgrade their digital skills which will improve their access to the labor market.
